MY STORY

My name is Stephen Denault, and I am Unfiltered Focus Photography LLC. 2018 is where it all began for me. My journey started small...by taking photos of the meals that I made. I was always a sucker for good "plate presentation" when it came to the meals that I cooked. From there, I purchased my first real camera and began shooting everything. Not long thereafter, I started to hone in on what inspired me more, which at that time happened to be sunsets. My passion for looking "through the lens" grew and grew. I found myself taking photos of everything now, from little bugs, to the open dark skies of the Milky Way. Skip ahead now to 2022, and I find myself specializing in Motocross Photography. Now although that is what I am specializing in, that does not mean I don't dabble in other areas of photography. A few examples of those genres  include Macro, Boudoir, Portrait and Wildlife. I feel as though if I am going to continue growing as a photographer, I need to continually expand my mind, and continually step out of my 'comfort zone'. A friend once said to me, "greatness takes time"...and I truly believe that to this day. The more my shutter "clicks"....the more experience I gain, and that experience is then brought to you, when I capture the moments that last a lifetime...I thank you for taking the time to view my website, and I invite you to reach out with any requests, comments, or questions you may have.
